Meet the Family
Francois Mercho
Founder
Born in Syria as the youngest of eleven, in the early 80's, Francois's adventurous spirit led him to Indianapolis. His academic prowess shone as he tackled both his undergraduate and master's degrees in Civil Engineering at Purdue University. Francois quickly made a mark on the city itself, working for the City of Indianapolis. His vision and leadership on key construction projects have left an indelible mark on the city's downtown landscape, most notably, Canal Walk. After years of success in the municipal construction world, Francois embarked on a personal project – building his first custom home, for his own family. Mercho Wells & Masterson was born as the first generation of the family owned custom home building company.
