Plan for 5-10% of your home cost for comprehensive landscaping. This includes:

- Hardscaping (patios, walkways, retaining walls)
- Outdoor lighting
Phasing Your Landscape
You can phase landscaping over time. Start with essential grading, sod, and a few key trees, then add features as budget allows.
