4. Permitting & Preparation
We handle permitting, HOA approvals, and all pre-site logistics. During this time, we’re also finalizing the construction contract and timeline based on real pricing and availability.
5. Construction Begins
The exciting part: groundbreaking. You’ll see your home come to life — from foundation and framing to drywall, trim, and finishes. Our superintendent manages every detail with quality control at every stage.
6. Communication & Progress
You’ll get regular updates, photos, and walkthroughs. We track progress on a simple system so you’re never left guessing about timelines, decisions, or costs.
7. Final Walkthrough & Move-In
We do a detailed final walkthrough together, complete any final touches, and hand off a custom home that’s clean, complete, and exactly what you expected — or better.
